Elaina Stuppler, a young composer and musician from Portland, has recently won the Oregon Music Education Association's high school composition competition. Her achievements include being named a YoungArts Award Winner with Distinction, selected by the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra, and recognized as a national finalist trombone player.
