Lindy in the Park is a free outdoor swing dance event held every Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm in Golden Gate Park, near the de Young Museum. The event resumed on June 20, 2021, and features free beginner swing lessons from noon to 12:30 pm. Dancers can practice their new skills until 2 pm. The event occurs rain or shine, except during Bay to Breakers, and even on holidays. Cancellations are rare and announced on the website by 10 am on Sundays.
