Instruction includes knife handling skills and sourcing quality sushi ingredients. Each class provides a knife, apron, and equipment, alongside fresh organic ingredients and sustainable fish options like Yellowfin Tuna. A communal meal and digital cookbook enhance the experience. Attendees must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by an adult, and there is a strict 7-day cancellation policy.
