SF's Tartine Bakery is known for lines out the door. Is it still worth it?

When the original Tartine opened in the Mission District 2002, the dot-com bubble had recently burst, rents were down in San Francisco, and Tartine's artist and musician employees played their own music on the stereo and drank wine during their shifts.
A lot has changed about the company since then, from expanding to Los Angeles and Seoul to controversially partnering with massive real estate firm CIM Group.
