Fuzai, China's first corgi police dog, is known for both his bomb detection capabilities and playful antics. Recently, he made headlines by snatching a grilled sausage from a child during a patrol, which amused onlookers. Initially discovered at two months old, Fuzai underwent training and participated in community events. Despite some disciplinary issues, including taking naps and urinating in his bowl, he has become beloved among the public, who defend his mischievous acts as endearing rather than problematic. His trainer pledged to enhance Fuzai's food discipline following the sausage incident.
Fuzai broke the rule of never taking anything from the public," said Zhao, vowing to improve Fuzai's impulse control.
Despite his budding career, Fuzai's journey hasn't been without hiccups. In January, he was disciplined after being caught napping during duty.
