After 3 decades, In-N-Out leaves Orange County HQ behind
Briefly

In-N-Out Burger announced plans to relocate up to 200 employees from its Irvine headquarters to its original location in Baldwin Park and new offices in Tennessee. The company aims to unify its operations under one roof by 2029 while continuing its expansion across the nation. Owner Lynsi Snyder emphasizes family values in this decision, which is projected to enhance customer service. The new Tennessee office is part of a broader initiative that includes significant investment in the Eastern territory and the recruitment of new talent.
In every decision about the future of In-N-Out Burger, I give strong consideration to what my grandparents and my family would think is best for our company.
The majority of In-N-Out employees will be working from Baldwin Park or Franklin, Tennessee, where a new 'Eastern territory' office is under construction.
The move brings the In-N-Out family back together in a way that helps us better serve our Customers, who are the most important priority.
The Baldwin Park office is less than a mile from In-N-Out No. 1, established by founder Harry Snyder in 1948.
