The incident began when Bray, driving a maroon truck, repeatedly pointed at the biker on the road. When both vehicles stopped in a supermarket parking lot, Bray exited his truck, grabbed the cyclist's arm, and demanded they get off the bike. The cyclist fled and called 911, reporting the trucker was attempting to run them over. Bray pursued the cyclist around the parking lot and down an alley. The recorded video was posted on TikTok and accumulated over 1.8 million views. Bray was subsequently convicted of misdemeanor assault and sentenced to one year of probation.
