MAC Cosmetics has launched its Viva Glam campaign with a new lip gloss called Viva Kimmitment, in collaboration with Kim Petras, during Pride Month. As the first openly transgender artist to win a Grammy, Petras is returning to the campaign, which donates 100% of proceeds to LGBTQ+ charities. In addition to this, MAC has pledged $1 million to its charity partners, such as The Trevor Project. The campaign will feature global events and highlight its ongoing support for LGBTQ+ organizations, amid a concerning trend of corporate withdrawal from such initiatives.
