Zelensky indicated Ukraine obtained information that Russia plans to attack its nuclear plants and stated, "if Russia is ready to go that far, it means nothing you value matters to Moscow."
He mentioned a new victory plan based on U.N. charter principles, saying, "I will be organizing a peace conference and inviting all countries, including China and India."
