Senators Lindsey Graham and Richard Blumenthal are supporting the enlistment of retired F-16 pilots from NATO countries to bolster Ukraine's air force in its fight against Russia.
President Zelenskyy acknowledged the shortage of trained pilots in Ukraine when receiving F-16s and is open to recruiting retired F-16 pilots to assist until local pilots are adequately trained.
