Ukraine has taken delivery of its first batch of F-16 fighter planes, according to US and Lithuanian officials.
"F-16s in Ukraine. Another impossible thing turned out to be totally possible," wrote Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis.
Denmark, Netherlands, Norway, and Belgium, in an international coalition, have pledged to provide F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine.
President Joe Biden approved the deployment of US-built F-16 jets to Ukraine, enabling their advanced capabilities to assist the Ukrainian military.
