"Ukrainians are coming home from Russian captivity," President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated, announcing the start of a multi-stage prisoner exchange following recent direct talks.
Ukraine’s ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets emphasized the emotional impact, saying, "We warmly welcome all who can now breathe the air of their homeland after years of captivity."
