Russia ratifies Pyongyang pact as N Korea, Ukraine troops in border clashes

The pact obliges Russia and North Korea to immediately provide military assistance using all means if there is any aggression against either country.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the first clashes with North Korean forces introduce a new chapter of global instability.
