According to latest findings, North Korea aims to send up to 12,000 soldiers to Russia, with 1,500 reported to have already arrived in Vladivostok.
Nico Lange states, 'At the moment, there is little concrete information and a lot of vague speculation... there is no doubt that North Koreans are in Russia for training.'
