President Joe Biden has authorized the use of powerful, US-provided long-range missiles for Ukraine to strike inside Russia, marking a significant policy shift.
The ATACMS, which can travel just under 200 miles, will likely be aimed at targets in Russia’s Kursk region, following Russia's escalated attacks.
