Hardest Geezer' Russ Cook enjoys a day off running after epic Africa journey
Briefly

Russ Cook, AKA the Hardest Geezer, completed a 9,940-mile run through 16 countries along the entire length of Africa and raised more than 700,000 for charity. His journey started in South Africa's Cape Agulhas and finished in Tunisia's Ras Angela.
There is uncertainty surrounding whether Russ Cook is indeed the first person to run the length of Africa, with conflicting claims from the World Runners Association about a member, Jesper Kenn Olsen, who ran across several continents including Africa.
