Trump's National Security Strategy Is a Blueprint for White Nationalism

In 2024, that figure was $43,305. What changed since then wasn't that Europe began decaying but that the well-being of the people in the Global South has actually also improved significantly."

However, this representation is misleading. European per-capita GDP has actually more than doubled in real terms over 36 years, rising from $15,470 in 1991 to $43,305 in 2024. The apparent decline in Europe's global GDP share reflects not European economic degradation but rather significant improvements in living standards across the Global South, fundamentally changing the distribution of global wealth.
