Dell demands employees to work 5 days a week in office and 'grow skills'

The memo indicated a shift from the previous requirement of three office days per week, stating, 'Working remotely should be the exception rather than the routine,' highlighting the importance of in-person interactions.

Field representatives are expected to either work in the office or spend time with customers and partners throughout the week, reinforcing Dell's shift toward a collaborative environment.

Some tech companies, such as Amazon, are also reinforcing similar return-to-office policies, marking a trend among firms transitioning back to on-site work after pandemic-related remote work policies.
