PwC's new policy mandates employees spend at least three days a week in the office, emphasizing in-person collaboration to enhance client service and development.
'This feels right for our business and right for our people, given our focus on client service, coaching, and learning and development,' said PwC U.K. Managing Partner Laura Hinton.
The company plans to share location data with staff monthly and will initially investigate if employees consistently breach the policy.
As the pandemic subsides, many companies, particularly in tech, are enforcing stricter return-to-office mandates reminiscent of earlier in-person work requirements.
