The Yield House occupies a 5,700 ft² east–west oriented site on Vancouver's westside and was completed in 2021. The project is conceived to host multiple family guests throughout the year, combining flexible living spaces with durable exterior materials. Lead architect Nigel Parish collaborated with Splyce Design and contributors Ema Peter and 18 Architects. Photographs were taken by Ema Peter. Exterior cladding and systems incorporate products from Swisspearl and Schüco. The design emphasizes year‑round hospitality, contextual siting along an east‑west axis, and material choices suited to the Pacific Northwest climate.
