"This was our family home from 1973, almost 52 years. So we're going to walk away with just our memories. It's time to move on. We're done. There's no reason to fight anymore."
"Ross reportedly won out of 20 legitimate offers for the home. While announcing he won the bid earlier this month, the livestreamer wrote on social media that he would do everything in my power to make his new house a 1-to-1 replica of just how you see it in the show."
Adin Ross, a controversial streamer known for hosting political figures and controversial guests, closed on his purchase of the Breaking Bad house in Albuquerque, New Mexico for $1.3 million. The property was originally listed at $4 million in January 2025 but dropped to $400,000 after extended market time. Ross won the bid against approximately 20 other offers. The previous owners, the Quintana family, sold the home after owning it for over 52 years because Breaking Bad fans continuously visited the property to see the exterior, necessitating a fence installation. Ross stated he would replicate the house to match its appearance in the television series.
