Price per square foot in San Diego decreased 0.2% month-over-month despite typical November increases, while nationally price per square foot fell 1.2%. New listings numbered 708, down 25.5% from last month and up 4.1% year-over-year. Homes in San Diego averaged 45 days on market, one day longer than both the prior month and the same month last year. National active inventory declined 2.5% to 1,072,266 and national average days on market was 64.
