Q3 2025 provided the strongest purchase and refinance quarter in three years, with Redfin-originated closings at 13% of direct-to-consumer purchases, over 500,000 Redfin users initiating financing applications in September, and rapid Mr. Cooper integration producing 4,000 leads by day nine and a three-day end-to-end client close by day 12.
