Median listing price in Miami was $630,000 in November, a slight increase from the previous month. Price per square foot rose 0.2% month-over-month, outpacing the national decline of 1.2%. Active inventory in Miami was 7,747 homes for sale, up 0.3% from October and 16.9% year-over-year. New listings numbered 1,552, down 1.5% from the prior month and 2.8% year-over-year. National active inventory fell 2.5% to 1,072,266 and national new listings dropped 14.1% to 330,908. Homes in Miami averaged 86 days on market, versus a 64-day national average.
