La Primavera House is a single-level family residence with a built area of 650 m² located in the rural area of Calera de Tango in Chile's Metropolitan Region. The house sits on a 20,000 m² flat site and was completed in 2024. Lead architect for the work is Nicolas Vicente, with design contributions from Agostina Gianello and technical input by Alberto Novoa. Civil engineering and consulting services were provided by GRAVIS. Photographs were made by Nicolas Saieh.
