TruFusion and Total Woman Gym and Spa, TruFusion fitness center and Thomasville furniture have leased portions of the space in recent years. Sand Hill Property Co.'s affiliate owns the shopping center and is executing a mixed-use redevelopment that includes homes and a Whole Foods Market. Several prior tenants failed to sustain operations; 16 new tenants arrived in three years, with ten more planned.
