The two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath cottage at 3 North Gully Road in 'Sconset sold for $3.795 million. The property offers direct beach access, was built in 1976, and sits adjacent to conservation land to the north. The previous owners renovated the home in 2009. Interior features include a vaulted living room with a stone fireplace, a ladder-accessed loft with two custom built-in beds, and a lower level family and laundry area. Bill Belichick purchased the home in 2014 for $2.45 million, still owns several Nantucket properties, and is building a new house at 7 North Gully Road. Belichick now coaches at the University of North Carolina after 24 years with the New England Patriots and has praised Nantucket’s people, fishing, bike paths, lighthouses, beach, and history.
