Sue Yannaccone has been promoted to chief operations officer of Compass International Holdings, the parent company of Compass, @properties, Christie's International Real Estate, and six Anywhere Real Estate brands. This promotion follows Compass's $1.6 billion acquisition of Anywhere, completed two months prior. Yannaccone previously served as president and CEO of Anywhere Brands and Anywhere Advisors since 2020, managing both company-owned brokerage and franchise operations across six brands including Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker, Corcoran, ERA, and Sotheby's International Realty. In her new role, Yannaccone will lead enterprise operations for the holding company, overseeing strategy and implementation of scaled technology across the CIH ecosystem.
