Albuquerque Home Prices Up in November
"In November, home prices rose slightly from the month before, with a median listing price of $386,590. The number of listings on the market shrank 2.1% from last month, which is a smaller decrease than normal for this time of the year in Albuquerque, and homes are also selling close to the same pace as the same time last year."
"In November, there were 1,185 homes for sale in Albuquerque, which was 2.1% less than the month before and 6.1% more than the same time last year. Meanwhile, active inventory across the nation fell by 2.5% from last month to 1,072,266. The number of new listings in Albuquerque was 532, which was 4.3% less than the month before and 3.9% more than the same time last year. Nationally, the number of new listings fell by 14.1% from last month to 330,908."
In November, Albuquerque's median listing price increased slightly to $386,590 while price per square foot fell 1.2% from the prior month. Inventory totaled 1,185 homes, down 2.1% month-over-month and up 6.1% year-over-year, with 532 new listings in the month. Active inventory nationally decreased 2.5% to 1,072,266 and new national listings fell 14.1% to 330,908. Homes in Albuquerque averaged 63 days on market, three days faster than the previous month and one day slower than last year, compared with a 64-day national average. Price changes per square foot in Albuquerque matched national changes, both decreasing 1.2% from the prior month.
