Nationally, the number of new listings fell by 14.1% from last month to 330,908."

Inventory totaled 1,185 homes, down 2.1% month-over-month and up 6.1% year-over-year, with 532 new listings in the month. Active inventory nationally decreased 2.5% to 1,072,266 and new national listings fell 14.1% to 330,908. Homes in Albuquerque averaged 63 days on market, three days faster than the previous month and one day slower than last year, compared with a 64-day national average. Price changes per square foot in Albuquerque matched national changes, both decreasing 1.2% from the prior month.
