"Obviously, you don't look down on teams like Real Madrid." Laporte emphasized the prestige of Real Madrid, indicating he values the opportunity to join such a historic club.
"I've said it many times, my idea is to return to Europe... I went there [to Saudi Arabia] to play football, not to do other things." He reiterated his ambition to play in Europe again, despite his experiences in Saudi Arabia.
"That one of the best clubs in the world notices me means that I'm doing my job well at my club... I'm focused on my job, and I cannot be distracted by that." Porro addressed media rumors while emphasizing his commitment to perform for Spurs.
