Dr. Deborah Hawkes has been appointed the new CEO of PRC, a nonprofit in San Francisco serving individuals impacted by HIV/AIDS, substance use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. With nearly thirty years of experience in health systems and community services, she will guide PRC's financial direction, finalize a new five-year strategic plan, and ensure governance compliance. Her leadership aims to enhance PRC's impact and expand access to integrated care for vulnerable communities in the city.
