Florida governor Ron DeSantis announced Tuesday he was asking the state's Supreme Court to convene a grand jury to investigate "any and all wrongdoing" related to COVID-19 vaccines.The announcement came after a roundtable with Florida's surgeon general Dr.Joseph Ladapo and other doctors and COVID skeptics about holding vaccine manufacturers "accountable" for various side effects, such as myocarditis (inflammation of the heart) and pericarditis (inflammation of the tissue that surrounds the heart).
