Windows 11 is closing a loophole that let you skip making a Microsoft account
Briefly

Microsoft has reinforced its requirement for Windows 11 users to connect to the internet and log in with a Microsoft account during the device setup process. In the latest Insider Preview, the well-known bypass script, bypassnro.cmd, has been removed to enhance security and improve the user experience. Although some workarounds seem possible temporarily, such as registry edits and unattended.xml automation for IT setups, these may not be viable for long. This change aligns with Microsoft's broader push for users to transition from Windows 10, which ceases support soon.
