The lawsuit against former Jaguars kicker Brandon McManus claims he sexually assaulted flight attendants Daisy Torres and Nicole Anderson during the team's 2023 trip to London.
Judge Michael S. Sharrit ruled that the women's previous use of pseudonyms did not meet the criteria for anonymity, requiring them to stand behind their accusations publicly.
McManus' attorney, Brett Gallaway, contends the allegations are a 'classic shakedown' and has requested admissions regarding the women's alleged conduct and character.
The women were given 10 days to amend their complaint after the dismissal of their original lawsuit on grounds of anonymity and public accountability.
