Lifetime account holders received a notice informing them of account deactivation effective April 28, 2025 and were offered discounted alternatives for new subscriptions. This move has raised significant discontent among users, who feel misled by the abrupt changes following the change in ownership.
To continue providing a secure and high-quality experience for all users, Lifetime Deal accounts have now been deactivated as of April 28th, 2025.
We discovered this only months later-when a large portion of our resources were strained by these LTD accounts and high support volume from users.
