UK's post-Brexit checks on fruit and vegetables delayed for a third time

"The checks on fruit and vegetables were the next phase of the government's Border Target Operating Model (BTOM) which introduced checks on plant and animal products... The delay marks the third time the checks have been postponed in the past 12 months."
