The Ultimate Fighting Championship has offered a new $375 million settlement to resolve one of two antitrust cases against it, pending Judge Boulware's approval.
The UFC's previous $335 million settlement was rejected because it combined two separate cases, resulting in unequal financial distribution between the affected classes.
