The Attorney General's Office has alleged that Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, known as Tommy Robinson, breached a High Court order by repeating defamatory claims against a Syrian refugee.
It is understood that the film titled Silenced aired at a demonstration in Trafalgar Square is one of six actions claimed to breach the injunction from June to July.
