Online fraudster on the loose after bilking investors out of millions with fake inventions, websites
Briefly

Fountaine has been described as a 'phony tech investor' and 'serial fraudster' by the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office, which asserts his claims about being an innovative technologist are unfounded.
Despite his claims of over two decades in technology invention, Fountaine has pleaded guilty to three felony counts of grand theft by fraud involving over $350,000 from multiple victims.
The district attorney emphasized that while Fountaine pretended to be an inventor, he cannot escape being labeled as a wanted fugitive following his failure to appear for sentencing.
Fountaine's fraudulent activities included fabricating a robot meant to aid the elderly and disabled, which he never actually created or delivered to victims.
