Microsoft has expanded its AI-powered Security Copilot by introducing six autonomous security agents that assist overwhelmed security teams. These agents, to be available in preview next month, will manage multiple tasks such as triaging alerts and monitoring vulnerabilities. Microsoft's collaboration with partners like OneTrust and Aviatrix introduces third-party agents to enhance incident analysis. Additionally, Microsoft is upgrading phishing protection in Teams through Defender for Office 365. The company is also set to unveil further industry-specific security enhancements at the Microsoft Secure event on April 9th, broadening its cybersecurity offerings.
Microsoft is unveiling six of its own AI agents for its Security Copilot, as well as five that have been created by its partners.
The six Microsoft Security Copilot agents enable teams to autonomously handle high-volume security and IT tasks while seamlessly integrating with Microsoft Security solutions.
Microsoft also has a lot of other industry-specific security announcements today and at its upcoming Microsoft Secure event on April 9th.
Microsoft is also improving its phishing protection in Microsoft Teams.
