Once I returned, I was confronted with LastPass requiring additional confirmation due to inactivity, which shows how security features sometimes overlook practical user scenarios.
The incident from 2022 involving a LastPass employee getting hacked opened my eyes to the risks involved, showing that even trusted services are vulnerable.
Despite my security concerns and historical issues with LastPass, I hesitated to switch due to the convenience or inertia, highlighting a common struggle for users.
