Is your UX accounting for actual human nature?
Briefly

The day after returning from an 8-day vacation, I found myself logged out of LastPass, leading to an unfortunate realization about human nature and security practices.
Despite having a strong, complicated master password, the system's algorithm flagged my inactivity, triggering a recovery process that relied on an email I no longer had access to.
The incident highlights a critical flaw in LastPass's security UX: it does not account for users' real-life circumstances, like being out of reach during vacations.
Although previous security breaches concerning LastPass made me wary, I continued using the service out of habit, illustrating the struggle between awareness and inertia.
