Infosys CEO promises spots for 2022's freshers still on hold
Briefly

Despite successfully completing the pre-training, the promised results were never communicated, leaving the graduates in limbo for over 20 days. Instead of receiving their joining dates, these graduates were informed they needed to retake the pre-training exam offline, once again without any remuneration. This has led to significant frustration among the graduates who have invested time and effort into the process, only to find themselves still without jobs or clarity regarding their future with the company.
Every offer that we have given, that offer will be someone who will join the company. We changed some dates but beyond that everyone will join Infosys and there is no change in that approach. This vague reassurance from CEO Salil Parekh raises more questions than it answers, particularly for the over 2,000 graduates awaiting clarity on their job status and the timelines for their employment with the outsourcing giant.
