Version 3.6 of the Security Risk Assessment (SRA) Tool is available from HHS OCR and ASTP. The release adds a reviewed-by confirmation button to record approvals and dates for audit tracking, and updates the risk scale to align with NIST by changing "medium" to "moderate". Reports now include section-specific details and updated disclaimers. Library files were refreshed to mitigate vulnerabilities from outdated components.
