William Robert Braddock III has been indicted for threatening to call a Russian-Ukrainian hit squad to kill Republican candidate Anna Paulina Luna during their 2021 campaign.
In 2021, Luna reported Braddock's stalking and threats, stating she received messages indicating he wanted to 'take me out', which she interpreted as a desire to kill.
The Justice Department indicted Braddock after he allegedly made threats during a phone call, leading Luna to fear for her life and seek legal protection.
Braddock was deported back to the US from the Philippines and now faces up to five years in prison for interstate transmission of a true threat.
