SF's b. Patisserie Confirmed to Be Taking Over Cafe Space In Union Square Park
Briefly

Following the exit of Tyler Florence's Miller & Lux Provisions, Belinda Leong's b. patisserie has secured a one-year trial tenancy in Union Square Park. Initially popping up during All-Star Game Weekend, the bakery specializes in kouign amann and aims to offer affordable, delicious pastries to locals and visitors. This follows previous operational challenges faced by Florence's cafe, which received city subsidies but closed due to low foot traffic and permitting delays. Leong's offerings will include various pastries, priced around $5.25 each, with specific hours from Wednesday to Sunday.
"We want to bring the community together - locals, visitors, and people who work around Union Square - by offering something delicious, easy to grab, and at a fair price," Leong said.
Belinda Leong's b. patisserie has officially secured a one-year tenant agreement after a successful trial in the Powell Street cafe space in Union Square Park.
