NuScale Power, Fluor's (NYSE: FLR) small modular reactor company, announces SPAC merger - Portland Business Journal

NuScale Power said Tuesday it will take the SPAC route to going public - like area companies ESS and Vacasa before it - hoping to raise $413 million in the process.
