Jarlath Regan, a comedian and podcaster from Co Kildare, moved to London to pursue stand-up comedy. He created the An Irishman Abroad podcast series and published his first book, The Gobshite Guidebook: A Survival Manual. Regan now resides in Ireland with his wife Tina and their son. He reflects on significant life events, including his decision to give up alcohol and the experience of donating a kidney to his brother, which have shaped his personal and professional journey.
