The Steelers haven't had a player like T'Vondre Sweat since another former Texas Longhorn named Casey Hampton was on the team. Sweat is a massive nose tackle who plays with surprising quickness and elite power.
Hartman is well-traveled but the film shows he can make all the throws, shows nice accuracy and throws a great deep ball. Hartman is also athletic and does his best work on the move.
Josh Proctor finds himself lower in the draft because we don't expect him to test well and his coverage skills need a lot of work. But as a downhill run stuffer he's got a lot of Mike Mitchell in his game.
