"Hargrave signed a two-year contract last year with the Vikings last year after recovering from a torn right triceps that cut short his 2024 season with the San Francisco 49ers. He started 15 games at age 33 but managed only 3.5 sacks and was set to earn $15 million with a cap number of $21.7 million for the 2026 season."
"Selected in the third round of the 2016 draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers, Hargrave has 49 sacks in 10 seasons. He has been selected to two Pro Bowls."

Hargrave had signed with Minnesota the previous year following recovery from a torn right triceps sustained during the 2024 season with San Francisco. In his one season with the Vikings, he started 15 games but recorded only 3.5 sacks and was set to earn $15 million with a $21.7 million cap hit for 2026. A third-round pick by Pittsburgh in 2016, Hargrave has accumulated 49 sacks over 10 NFL seasons and earned two Pro Bowl selections.
